Napoli have another tough match-up this week against Inter Milan
Napoli suffered a tough 3-0 loss at the hands of Atalanta last weekend and now they’ll have another tough match-up this Sunday against Inter Milan, who only trail them by one point for first place in Serie A.
One person who’s confident that The Blues can come away with a win is Napoli fullback Giovanni Di Lorenzo after stating that they’ve moved on from the match.
“Losing hurts, but you can grow from defeats. They are part of the journey,” Di Lorenzo told Corriere dello Sport.. “We’ve already analyzed the game and will extract the maximum even from losses. It’s disappointing, but we move forward and focus on the next match.”
Di Lorenzo also stated that he’ll be keeping an eye on Inter Milan’s Champions League match against Arsenal on Wednesday.
“I will watch Inter tonight, because I watch a lot of games,” he said.
“It will be a great match because they are two teams who are doing really well. I’ll watch it as a spectator, and then we’ll go into detail with the coach in the next few days,” added Di Lorenzo.
Napoli will need a win over the Nerazzurri in order to make sure they hold on to first place. A tie could see them getting leapfrogged by Atalanta if they end up defeating Udinese.
